Our school is the only place on the African Continent at the moment, to represent the "Systema" form of close quarter combat, which until 1993 was kept secret and was only available to selected personnel of the KGB and GRU.

Our training is specifically designed to entrench neuromuscular memory and imprint psycho-physiology, with the basic survival preparation, practiced exclusively by the trainers, of the elite combat subdivisions of the Russian Spetsnaz units. Our instruction is also designed to re-educate bio-mechanical awareness and bio-energetic potential, which is critical for the neutralization of high intensity conflict in armed plural assailant engagements.
